Installing Jabber yourself? Congrats new techie, let this be a beacon for you!

Did you download the latest installer? If not this site has it. Check out the download links above.

So you have your MSI (Installer) follow along here or check out our video guides for how to complete the install. Make sure you have admin rights. If not you will not be able to complete this guide.

Starting the Install (Windows)

Double Click the CiscoJabberSetup.msi from the downloads folder

Select “Accept and Install” at the License Agreement
Select “Yes” here. If it asks for a username and password contact the Helpdesk to install the software for you
Select “Finish”. This will launch Jabber and take you to the login Page
