Not all users are authorized to do call forwarding. The system will let all users setup call forwarding, however, if after configuring call forwarding, you call your number and the call goes to a fast busy you are NOT authorized for call forwarding. Anyone calling your number will not be forwarded and they will not be sent to your voicemail.

In the bottom left of the navigation pane, you will see the option for call settings

Click this and you will see the options below. Click Open Call Preferences

After clicking call preferences, click the + sign to add in the number you wish to forward calls to.

when done hit save and return to the main screen. In the call settings you will now see an option for call forwarding with the number you entered.
