Any new/replacement phone or endpoint peripheral must be a model listed below, or it will not be supported by the Exela Unified Communications Team.

Please submit all requests for new/replacement phones through your respective department’s procurement channels.

DESK PHONES (Supported)

Recommended for users needing standard phone features:

  • Cisco 8841 – Full-color display with 5 programmable line buttons
  • Cisco 8861 – Full-color display with 5 programmable line buttons, Bluetooth, USB and WiFi

NOTE: EXISTING 7841s ARE SUPPORTED BUT ONLY 8800 SERIES MODELS ARE TO BE ORDERED

The Following Models are the only models ordered now:

  • Cisco 8845 – Full-color display with 5 programmable line buttons, camera and Bluetooth
  • Cisco 8865 – Full-color display with 5 programmable line buttons, camera, Bluetooth, USB and WiFi

CONFERENCE PHONES

  • Cisco 7832 – Omnidirectional conference phone for small to medium rooms
  • Cisco 8832 – Omnidirectional conference phone for medium to large rooms, with optional wireless microphone kit
